This Week's Big Releases

The Amazing Spider-Man - Rated PG-13 (Andrew Garfield, Emma Stone, Rhys Ifans)
We started the Spider-Man franchise again, and it’s quite good. Go back to the beginning to see the origin of the webbed wonder. Garfield under the mask hits all the right notes. Despite some skepticism, The Amazing Spider-Man works.





Arthur Christmas- Rated PG (voices of James McAvoy, Jim Broadbent and Imelda Staunton)
Truly a great little Christmas movie that will be a lot of enjoyment for the entire family. This one could become a regular appearance in many households every Christmas season. Hopefully it’s not lost in the shuffle after waiting a year for its DVD release. Get this one!







Your Sister’s Sister- Rated R (Emily Blunt, Rosemarie DeWitt, Mark Duplass)
A man’s is trying to get past his brother’s death by spending a weekend at a friend’s family retreat. Only the friend’s sister also shows up and has problems of her own and they all end up sharing.
