Home Screening Room - An Anonymous look at Twilight with Special Guest Lady and the Tramp

This Week’s Big Releases
Anonymous – Rated PG-13 (Vanessa Redgrave, Rhys Ifans)
Was Shakespeare who we think he was? Or was there someone else behind the brilliant words that became immortalized. A really good film that is worth checking out even for people that aren’t typical Shakespeare aficionados; you should check this out. READ THE THEATRICAL REVIEW HERE
The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn – Part 1 – Rated PG-13 (Robert Pattinson, Kristen Stewart, Taylor Lautner) AVAILABLE Saturday 2/11.
Ok, so my review of the theatrical release was pretty harsh. And I’ve been a big critic of this latest film (I am interested to see how they end this though). BluRay release “could” mean more of what the fans want…or more of what I want or ??? READ MY THEATRICAL REVIEW HERE (Don’t read if you are a TwiHard).
A Very Harold & Kumar Christmas – Rated R (John Cho, Kal Penn, Neil Patrick Harris)
More with Harold and Kumar – heard good things but it was not shown do me during theatrical release.
Also new this week…
5 Star Day – Rated NR (Cam Gigandet, Jena Malone)
Cyberbully  – Rated NR (Emily Osment, Kay Panabaker)
Downton Abbey: Season 2
Father Dowling Mysteries: The First Season (Tom Bosley) – Have to list this one, as Mom was a BIG fan.
Fireflies in the Garden – Rated R (Julia Roberts, Ryan Reynolds, Willem Dafoe)

Geek Charming – Rated NR (Sarah Hyland, Matt Prokop)
Lady and the Tramp – Rated G – First time on Blu Ray for the classic romantic animated film.
Poolboy: Drowning Out the Fury – Rated R (Kevin Sorbo, Danny Trejo)
A Warrior’s Heart– Rated PG (Kellan Lutz, Adam Beach, Gabrielle Anwar, Ashley Greene)
And Finally
The Rebound – Rated R (Catherine Zeta-Jones, Justin Bartha)
I’ve always loved Catherine Zeta-Jones, here she is striking out on a new life and a rebound relationship, but with the nanny? Not sure how I didn’t see this one come out but the trailer is intriguing – even if it looks like it is a couple years old.
Check out the trailer below.

Pick of the Week
How can you not add Lady and the Tramp to your Blu Ray collection? That’s the big one this week – though TwiHards would disagree with me.
Thanks!
Pop Popcorn, Do the Dew, and Bust out the Blu and remember to Save Me A Seat!
